FEES AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Fees for September are notified to parents during the Summer Term of each year, prior to the issue of the September invoice.

Termly Fees (three terms per year):
£2311 per term (2022/23)
£2427 per term (2023/24)

Administration Fees (New Admissions only)
Registration Fee £100 (UK students)
Registration Fee £500 (Overseas students)

Additional Expenses (2023/24)
Milk (Optional) £17.00 per term
Weekly Water Bottles £6.00 per term
Curriculum Enhancing Trips and Experiences £48.00 per term

Sibling Reduction
We offer a sibling reduction for each sibling of a child attending Gracefield School set per term at £200 for the second child and £250 for the second and subsequent siblings. The discount is applied to the eldest child’s fees.

Year’s Fee Reduction
School fees may be paid up to one year in advance. We offer a 5% reduction, applicable to the Spring and Summer Term fee and payment should be made prior to the start of term in September for the full year’s fee. This discount applies solely to the termly fees and does not apply to any additional expenses or fees incurred.

Government Early Years Funding Entitlement (EYFE)
Children at our setting are entitled to access 15 hours of EYFE a week for up to 38 weeks of the year. Your child qualifies for this government initiative from the academic term following their fourth birthday until the end of the term of your child’s fifth birthday. The discount is applied to fees in the term following receipt of the funding from the local authority.

Childcare Vouchers
Childcare vouchers are accepted for payment against qualifying charges, i.e. activities that take place on school premises and outside school hours, such as school clubs. Please contact the office on enquiries@gracefieldschool.co.uk for further information on the use of childcare vouchers in our setting.

We are pleased to offer discounts in recognition of front line services:
Armed Forces Discount
We offer a 10% reduction to children whose parents are employed in the Armed Forces.
Career Based Discount
We offer a 10% reduction to children whose parents are employed by the NHS or the UK emergency services. Terms and conditions apply. Click here for details.

Awards and Bursaries
At Gracefield we believe that all children should have the opportunity for a good education and we are committed to broadening access to our school to the wider community. A number of Bursaries and Awards are available in order to meet that commitment.  The potential for academic development and overall contribution to the wider life of the school are part of the assessment process and the number of awards made each year will vary. Terms and Conditions apply. Please be aware that these terms may include an option for means testing of financial circumstances.

School Terms and Conditions
Withdrawal of a pupil from school, before completing Year 6, must be given in writing to the Headteacher by the first day of the term at the end of which the notice is to take effect.  A full term’s fees will be payable if the requisite notice is not given.
